Softest, and most pillowy brioche I’ve ever had 🤤

Upon seated, the waitress brought over a stone pot with raw dough in it (see pic 2), and an hourglass on the table as the timer. Once it runs out, the brioche is ready!! A creative and interactive way to begin the dinner! (P.s. it was another level when adding a slab of butter in the middle, which melts instantly..🤤)
